Subscriber states
- Pending: the person has not completed email confirmation.
- Active: confirmed and eligible for the selected alerts.
- Unsubscribed: opted out and must not be added back without new consent.
- Bounced: delivery failed; do not retry until the address is corrected and legitimately re-subscribed.
Delivery guidance
- Publish only approved investor communications.
- Keep contact and unsubscribe information accurate.
- Do not import purchased or scraped mailing lists.
- Investigate sudden bounce or complaint increases before sending again.
- Respect the annual delivery usage shown in the dashboard.
