Complete the identity and company checks required to publish an IR site.
Complete the workflow
- Open Verification in your company workspace.
- Confirm the representative name, title, and authority.
- Sign the issuer authorization agreement.
- Complete the secure identity check.
- Enter the legal company, formation, registration, tax, and market information requested for your entity type.
- Upload the requested company evidence and submit it for compliance review.
How approval works
Identity approval does not approve the company by itself. BeaconIR reviews company evidence separately and may request more information.
A matching authenticated corporate email is the preferred domain proof. A mismatch may require a DNS TXT record or additional compliance evidence.
Company verification and first-publication approval are separate. A verified company may still need an operator to approve its first public site release.
